How to book your childcare
Booking childcare with Walsall Childminding Hub is simple and designed with your busy life in mind. Follow these steps to secure a spot for your child.
Submit your request
Complete our online booking form with your preferred date and times. Please provide as much notice as possible so we can best accommodate your request.
We'll confirm via WhatsApp
Once we receive your booking request, we will review it and confirm acceptance of childcare via WhatsApp. We aim to respond promptly.
Your child's care begins
With your booking confirmed, your child is all set to enjoy a nurturing and engaging environment with our dedicated team.
Childcare Sign-Up Form
To book childcare for your child, please complete the form below.
If you require both AM and PM sessions for the same day, you only need to submit the form once, simply include the full required times in the “Time of Childcare” section.
If you need childcare for multiple dates, please submit a separate form for each additional day.
There is a section on the form titled “Any other information you’d like us to know.” Please use this to provide any additional details about your child’s care, such as pick-up or drop-off arrangements (e.g. school name or home address), authorised persons for collection, or any other helpful instructions.
